An extension of cleansing your mind

This step is the natural second step for our Spring Cleaning series after kicking it off with our "Clean Your Mind" blog because your mental health & physical health are connected. There are proven studies that show that your gut health & your mental health are directly connected, this means if you have consistent stomach & digestion issues, you are far more likely to also experience difficulties with your mental health. It's for this reason that when I notice the signs that I am starting to experience deterioration in my mental health, I know that it's time to evaluate my gut health a little closer and begin my "go to" detox solution. I have been using my preferred detox solution for 2 years and had been following the company for at least 4 years prior to finally making my first purchase.
